POSITION: Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary: The customer service representative
is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to the customers
in his/her assigned territory
Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers by telephone or
email of order information, such as unit pricing, shipping dates, and any
anticipated delays

Verify customer order information for
accuracy
·
Receive and respond to customer issues promptly
·
Work closely with manufacturing on customer
orders
·
Keep record of customer
interactions, recording details of inquiries, comments and issues, as well
as actions taken.
·
Issue return authorizations to customers and
coordinate with freight when necessary
·
Serve as backup order entry as needed
·
Perform first edit of orders taken

Education and Experience:
Must have customer service experience in FURNITURE.
